As you well know the Luso-American community continues to face a myriad of significant issues critical to our further development as a community. For some time now, PALCUS, along with numerous other organizations, has been pursuing the idea of sponsoring a national conference of the communities in order to identify, discuss and seek solutions to these issues. The first of these annual national forums is to be held September 14th, 2007 in Washington, D.C. 

 In order to have a successful and productive forum we need your participation and your voice. I ask that you please complete the enclosed invitation and send at least one representative to this most important event.

Como é do conhecimento de todos, a comunidade Luso-Americana continua a deparar-se com uma miríade de questões importantes, cruciais para o nosso desenvolvimento enquanto comunidade. Há já algum tempo que o PALCUS, juntamente como inúmeras outras organizações, tem vindo a desenvolver a ideia de organizar uma conferência nacional das comunidades com o objectivo de identificar, discutir e procurar soluções para estas questões. O primeiro destes foruns anuais de âmbito nacional irá ter lugar no dia 14 de Setembro, 2007, em Washington, DC.

Para que este forum seja bem sucedido e produtivo, precisamos da sua participação e da sua voz. Peço-lhe o favor de preencher o convite em anexo e que envie pelo menos um representante a este evento da maior importância.
