Portuguese-Run Television Company in New Mexico Resumes Production of Portuguese Children's Show

Sunshine Again, the only children's television program in the U.S. teaching European Portuguese, is back in production. Heather Ferreira Productions, based in Albuquerque, has resumed taping of the historic and critically-praised program. 

Portuguese-American folklorist and singer Adrian Simoes has signed on as lead character Joe Soares, and a 3-disk DVD retail package of the program goes on sale late 2008.
