Information We Collect
There are three types of information that may be exchanged between PALCUS and any user during a visit to this website. They are:

1. General technical data transmitted between your computer and PALCUS that does not identify you personally. This information is typically your ISP's domain, the search engine you may have used to locate our website, the time you accessed our website, and the pages from within our website that you visit.
2. Personally identifiable information that you voluntarily share. When you purchase products or register for one of our seminars or workshops, you provide us with contact and payment information. Contact information includes your name, address, email address and phone number.  Payment information typically includes your credit card number.
3. We may store customers' electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of communications.

Anonymous Information
The anonymous information collected is not associated with you personally, or with your business. PALCUS uses this anonymous information in the aggregate to improve our website and the services we provide as a company.

Use of Cookies
We may at times also use cookies, which are small pieces of information that a website can store in a designated file on your computer. Cookies allow a web application to respond to you as an individual. By gathering and remembering information about your preferences, the web application can tailor its operation to your needs, likes, and dislikes. PALCUS also uses information obtained from cookies to improve our website, and make decisions concerning advertising, product offerings and services. Advertisements
At times, we may permit advertising companies to deliver ads on our website. PALCUS does not provide personally identifiable information about its customers or visitors to these advertising companies.

PALCUS will, however, review, delete, or block access to communications that may harm PALCUS, its customers or third parties. Email Communications
PALCUS may use email to communicate with you, respond to your email, and to tell you about new products and services. If you do not wish to receive email promotion announcements from PALCUS, please follow the instructions that appear at the end of the email communication that you received in order to have your name removed from the email list.

Security
PALCUS utilizes several encryption methods to ensure the data you submit is secure. Through this secure session, information you input will be transmitted privately and unaltered. This security prohibits access to your information by other companies and users.

PALCUS may contain links to other websites that are owned and operated by parties other than PALCUS. Please be aware that this Privacy Policy does not extend to any websites other than those owned and controlled by PALCUS.
