A Planned 2008 PALCUS National Leadership Conference

The Portuguese American Leadership Council of the United States (PALCUS), is in the process of formulating a 2-day Second Annual Conference of presentations, discussions and dialogues to coincide with the 2008 PALCUS Leadership Awards Gala weekend on the topic of social clubs and civic organizations continuing in the ever decreasing environment of Portuguese immigrants and cultural enthusiasts. We are seeking comments from the field on whether such a conference would be of interest to you, and if there is anything specifically you would like to see addressed or added to the conference.
 

Hopefully, this planned event will take place as scheduled. PALCUS seeks the input of its members, as well as that of the general public, to make the Leadership Conference an educational, informative experience. The organization desires to serve the interests of the wider community, however, and many ideas and suggestions are needed to bring about an endeavor of this kind. Please do not hesitate to contact us, and check back as more updates are posted. Together, we can make this 2008 Leadership Conference a reality. This Conference is Planned to be Held in California during the Fall.
