Requiring more room to accommodate the crowds that were heading to Iberia Tavern, the Iberia owners set their sights on Iberia Peninsula to continue their dream of bringing excelling Portuguese and Spanish cuisine to the area.
Located just across the street from Iberia Tavern and Iberia's Outdoor Patio, Iberia Peninsula Restaurant is one of the most spectacular restaurants to ever be constructed in New Jersey. Featuring beautiful cathedral ceilings, stainless steel topped bars, brick and marble detailing, and large barbeque pits, Iberia Peninsula is a marvelous restaurant. Additionally, two large dining rooms located above and below the main floor are great for private parties and banquets.
The signature fare of Iberia Peninsula is Rodizio - an experience you need to try to fully appreciate! Waiters will bring you ten different skewer selections of barbequed chicken, filet mignon, pork, turkey, ribs, sausage, and more - until you say stop! Other signature dishes include Parrilhada (a heaping seafood platter for two, with lobster, clams, mussels, jumbo and garlic shrimp, calamari, flounder, and saffron rice), whole lobsters (ranging from 1 to 6 lbs.), gigantic 24 oz. lobster tails, salt cod, steaks, and clams in garlic sauce.
A superior collection of Portuguese and Spanish wines are available to compliment the wonderful cuisine. Parking is also very convenient thanks to our private 500-car parking lot.
